Example: Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £120 inclusive of VAT
This fee will automatically be taken from the rental payment each month and the remainder will be transferred into your bank account on a monthly basis.
|To secure the property: An administration and reference checking fee of £180.00 including VAT is payable for a single applicant. For two people, this fee will be £240.00 including VAT.|
Please note that this payment is an administration fee, it is non refundable and it is not a payment towards your rent or deposit.
If your references pass, fail or you withdraw your application, this will not be returned.
Rent Collection Only
6% including VAT = 5% + VAT
Example: Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £60 inclusive of VAT
Should an applicant require a Guarantor, this fee will be £60 including VAT = £50 + VAT
|Landlord Introduction Fees|
A payment equivalent to 60% of the first months rent. (Half of one months rent + VAT)
Example. Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £600 including VAT
|Deposit: Once the references have been approved, you will need to pay the deposit to hold the property until the agreed moving in date. The deposit will be equivalent to one and a half month’s rent and is paid with the first months rent at the time of signing the tenancy agreement.|
This deposit will be held until you vacate the property and will be protected to comply with legal regulations.

|PLEASE NOTE WE MUST HAVE CLEARED FUNDS OF THE DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND ALL TENANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTATION OR KEYS WILL NOT BE RELEASED.|
