Example: Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £120 inclusive of VAT
This fee will automatically be taken from the rental payment each month and the remainder will be transferred into your bank account on a monthly basis.

Please let us know immediately if you are unable to complete/return your application form within 48 hours otherwise your application will be cancelled and the property will be re-advertised.

6% including VAT = 5% + VAT
Example: Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £60 inclusive of VAT
|Reference checking procedure:|
Each person over the age of 18 will need to complete an application form, which will be processed by our reference checking company Rent4Sure. To check the progresses of your application please contact our Admin department on firstname.lastname@example.org
|Landlord Introduction Fees|
A payment equivalent to 60% of the first months rent. (Half of one months rent + VAT)
Example. Rent = £1,000 per calendar month, fee payable by the landlord is £600 including VAT
Once your reference have been approved by the Landlord, your first months’ rent is required to hold the property until the agreed move-in date.
£60 including VAT = £50 + VAT
Once your references have been approved, you will need to pay the deposit to hold the property until the agreed move-in date. This deposit will be held until you vacate the property and will be protected to comply with legal regulations. The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent.
